Fernet-Branca is an Italian type of Amaro, a bitter, aromatic spirit. It is made from a number of herbs and spices and has long had a reputation for having medicinal properties.

Xhulio has created a delightful cocktail, perfectly balancing bitter and sweet, with a very satisfying and smooth finish. Traditionally, Fernet is served as an aperitif but this concoction can be enjoyed before or after a meal. It is fast becoming a favourite amongst our customers.

This bottled cocktail has picked up awards with it picking up Bronze in the World Premix Awards 2021 and it being a winner at the Great Taste Awards.
