We add the fruit and botanicals to the IWSC award-winning HYKE Gin, which is distilled with a sustainably sourced grape spirit and support this with an additional botanical maceration for complexity and balance. Tasting Notes:
Nose
Sweet sticky orange balanced with warm baking spice
Palate
Bursting with zesty citrus but balanced enough that the tasting notes of the Original Hyke Gin still pull through.
Finish
Citrus oils give a pleasing mouthfeel with the gin playing out with the warmth of spice.
Perfect Serve:
For a simple serve we love HYKE Signature Series Orange with premium tonic and a slice of orange, what else.
Pour 50ml of HYKE Signature Series Orange over ice and top with a premium Indian Tonic Water, garnish with a slice of fresh orange and thyme.
